This is a terribly long article. Theres a fair degree of rambling. But it does give some useful learnings for the patient. Deals with how (in)accurately we may perceive ourselves to be smart, some limitations of an interview process and also talks about whether you should be looking out for people who are “Smart, Gets things done” or as the author would prefer “Done, Gets things Smart”.
